William J. Liccione, Ph.D., CCP
Managing Partner

The Company

Compensation Planning Group, Inc. (CPG) was founded in January, 2002, with the mission of providing value leadership in meeting the compensation and performance management needs of organizations in the middle market.

As a private, independent corporation, CPG exercises independent judgments devoted to understanding and meeting its clients' needs, unfettered by the demands for quick shareholder returns that often handicap larger firms. In this effort, profits, thought important, are our scorecard for assessing clients' satisfaction with CPG, rather than an end in themselves.

Project managers and senior consultants assigned to projects have graduate degrees in key business-related fields and at least ten (10) years of experience. They are focused on delivering the highest quality service aimed at helping clients manage their financial performance and strengthen their competitive positions through cost effective compensation and performance management program design.
